I have been struggling with chronic insomnia for several years and have experimented with various medications, sleeping pills, and techniques. Unfortunately, nothing I tried was effective; most just made me feel drowsy or uncomfortable. However, Trazodone has proven to be different. When taken half an hour before bedtime, it helps me fall asleep reliably, and I wake up feeling refreshed after a restful night’s sleep.

I have no idea how this medication manages to constantly keep me feeling upbeat and depressed. Every time I reflect on my past, I chuckle at the foolish things I've done repeatedly. I now have to get back on track and manage my household duties daily. My excellent health is all Desyrel's fault!
