After using the [Formoterol (12 mcg) + Budesonide (400 mcg) 120 MDI] inhaler for the first time, I noticed my lungs felt clearer, and I was able to cough up phlegm. This is the best medication for my COPD. It is not a rescue inhaler but gives long-term relief from shortness of breath. I always take 2 puffs in the morning and 2 in the evening.
