I have been using Mirena for almost two years, and it has been perfect for birth control. I only experience spotting once every few months, and I have no cramps or headaches at all. I realize that everyone's experience is different, but I believe that those who have had successful and positive experiences might not be sharing their stories. Personally, I have had no side effects whatsoever. Kudos.

Mirena has been an excellent selection for us in terms of long-term birth control. We already had three children and did not intend on having any more. We discussed it, and I supported my wife at the moment. She has never encountered any problems. It is a one-time solution over a long period.
