I use Brimonidine/Timolol drops for my dry eye condition and this is literally the ONLY medication that works for me. It makes my eyes feel so much better, and thus reduces inflammation and redness.

A recent Tonometry showed my eye pressure as 24 mm Hg. The doctor feared damage to the optic nerve and prescribed me Brimonidine/Timolol 0.2/0.5 eye drop. The medication was very effective, and it quickly brought the eye pressure down to 20 mm Hg. It has prevented the condition from worsening and causing any damage to the optic nerve.
