I have been getting DuoTrav for my grandfather, who is 80 years old, and I believe that as he gets older, his organs stop working properly. I have been using Duotrav for over two years to treat Glaucoma. Before this, I used just Travoprost, which lowered my pressure to 20 from 25, but it was still high. After that, my doctor asked me to use this combination, and it worked. My eye pressure was below 15 after using it for a week. I do not have any side effects from this, even after using it for two years.
