I have been using Retrovir for three years. In the starting three months, my VL was not going down as I was on 100mg, then my doctor increased the dosage to 300mg and it worked like a wonder for me, and my VL went untraceable after six months of using it. Please do not give up on medicine too early; stick to it, and you will see it working.
