I had a car accident, and my chest was severely injured. Doctors said it would at least take me a month to recover, and he gave me OTC Tylenol for the pain. Within three days, I returned to him and told him the pain was unbearable and Tylenol was not working. Then he gave me Toradol IV and the pain was gone instantly.
