I had a very strange episode of a severe neck cramp. The pain was completely unbearable. I went to the doctor, and he put me on Skelaxin. I took one pill, and it was like a miracle. I started having muscle spasms in the last eight months. It began with less pain, then became unbearable over a period of time. I tried some other medicines, but they did not work well for me.
