Along with the Solian I began doing mindfulness exercises and my family has been my biggest supporter after the meds. After 14 days I started to feel the need to do more, I did not want to wallow in self-pity and everything has helped me get through it.

I am using this medication to treat my OCD and schizophrenia, which has given me great results. All the intrusive evil thoughts and manic episodes are gone as well. It only had one side effect on me: weight gain, but it was manageable.
